merry happy holidays everyone!! though i live in new york, i am swedish and therefor the 24th is our big christmas day! today we will eat the ham i started giving daily massaging with spices, sugar and salt over a month ago. we will feast on my man’s home made pickled herring and snaps (skål!). and spend time with loved ones.
